As of August 9, 2021, fully vaccinated Americans will be allowed to enter Canada. The hotel quarantine rule will also end on this date.
As of September 7, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals from other countries will be allowed to enter Canada.

Permanent Residence applications for Canada are still being processed for work permits for essential services and vulnerable individuals.
